4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for performing their own due diligence and verification before placing a booking. This includes verifying the details and suitability of the venue or service. Users must ensure that they comply with all terms and conditions imposed by the venue provider.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors such as PayPal and Stripe. Users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these payment processors. Refund policies may vary depending on the venue provider, and users must contact the venue provider directly for any refund requests or issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Israk Solutions Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Services.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
- Any content obtained from the Services.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Israk Solutions Sdn.
